I love the fact that their open on Sundays too. I can now not worry about charges when I'm on holiday in Europe as my current account is free to use, Fantastic service to get your card printed immediately in the branch. Easy App to navigate overall it's a fantastic bank so as the service in their branches. I will definitely recommend friends and family with no doubt. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

I was introduced to Metro bank, and my business and personal bank accounts were opened instantly on a day, a business manager was present at the site so i didn't have to wait. Metro bank is prompt to resolve any matter I may have at any convenient times, either with my personal or business account. There are flexible, lower rate at international withdrawal. They will contact me to inform me when I do not have sufficient funds available at a time of a direct debit for example. So I react to avoid any inconvenience. When i lost a debit card, it will be replaced instantly at my visit at any branch. I love Metro bank! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Went into the store with no appointment and asked if they could open a bank account for me. within five minutes I was seated and the process began. They asked me a few questions, nothing serious, like proof of identity which I showed them my passport and that was it really they never asked me proof of address they did ask to do a credit check that only took a few minutes. They printed off the card in store and set up my banking app so I was good to go. They were very patient considering i messed up the banking app password and customer number multiple times. The customer service was pleasant to say the least. The only problem I have with them is that they do not have a machine to deposit money in to you have to go to the person on the desk to do it. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who would want to find a new bank to use. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

I tend to magnetise cards so they do not operate, easy to call into the bank to get a new card activate pin. They provided me with a holder so this helps prevent this reoccurring. Great service and always helpful. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
