Went into the store with no appointment and asked if they could open a bank account for me. within five minutes I was seated and the process began. They asked me a few questions, nothing serious, like proof of identity which I showed them my passport and that was it really they never asked me proof of address they did ask to do a credit check that only took a few minutes. They printed off the card in store and set up my banking app so I was good to go. They were very patient considering i messed up the banking app password and customer number multiple times. The customer service was pleasant to say the least. The only problem I have with them is that they do not have a machine to deposit money in to you have to go to the person on the desk to do it. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who would want to find a new bank to use. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
