No waiting for replacement debit card I lost my debit card. Popped into the bank and they issued a replacement straight away. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Awesome bank

The ease of opening the account, plus the opening days and hours along with the fact they can print a new card within 15 minutes if you have lost or had your card cloned or stolen make this bank so much better than the others. The staff are always friendly in any of the branches I have been to which also makes for a nice experience. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Only caused problems, not even trying to help

I was trying to opening a current account and there were a couple of issues that prevented me from opening it. Metro did non even try to help me solve the issues. After a month of going back and forth to the branches I still do not have a current account, so I gave up on Metro Bank begin a decent bank and went to open a Barclays current account which only took 3 days to open. Ridiculous. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
