Excellent Bank

Customer service is great!

Every time I go in to the Slough branch the customer service is great, everyone is really helpful. This is also the case when you call on the phone line. The only way I think their can be improvements is an easier way to bank a check as sometimes the queues in the bank are so long. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Outstanding customer service

I’m new to metro bank and not the most confident approaching people, however metro bank made it so easy for me to walk in and speak to the staff there! So welcoming and even offered me a coffee, no other bank has ever done this!! Everything the spoke to me about was easily understood with how they told me and the setting up of my savings account was made simple when I thought it was going to be a hard time setting one up. Very easy and convenient to move money between accounts
