The bank that makes money aMazeing!

I have now banked with Metro Bank for over a year and the service in all sectors has been nothing short of AMAZEING (I have a friend who works for Metro so she taught me that). I love the look of the Store when walking in and the colleagues are so friendly with me in advising on how to handle my money. Other banks need to learn from these guys! Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Sincere, efficient service and attractive product offerings

Metro Bank helped replace my debit card in record time when I lost it with less than a day before flying out of the country. Their customer service is friendly and the staff come across as well trained. Their branches are open for longer enabling me to actually speak face-to-face with a person, and of course their mobile app is fairly intuitive to use. Everything I'd look for in a bank! Excellent excellent excellent

When I first opened my Instant Savings Account the staff did all they could to help me. The Maidstone branch are absolutely fantastic and I love going in to the branch. They open the door for me, address me by my first name and make me feel really welcome and not just a customer. I have recommended them to a friend and she has opened an account there and closed the other bank accounts. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2017
