Sincere, efficient service and attractive product offerings

Metro Bank helped replace my debit card in record time when I lost it with less than a day before flying out of the country. Their customer service is friendly and the staff come across as well trained. Their branches are open for longer enabling me to actually speak face-to-face with a person, and of course their mobile app is fairly intuitive to use. Everything I'd look for in a bank! Transparent, good value retailing of debt sales

As a skeptic to new FinTech ideas, I was initially cautious of WiseAlpha’s approach to crowd-selling debt. I realised over time WiseAlpha was this radical gap-filling idea that had few parallels, so invested in bonds through them; in doing so and in keeping track thereafter, I have found their user interfaces, documentation and communications plain and honest (does what it says on the tin). I believe WiseAlpha will grow to scale large heights in future. Reviewed on: 28th January 2018
