The app is easy to use and gives you all the information available. I can set up a direct debit and can defer payment for example if I need. The only issue is im not always sure what month I am looking at in the app and it isn't until the statement comes that is clear. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Metro branch has a branch in both nearest town / cities too me. The branches are lovely and staff are always extremely professional and helpful. The only downside is the lower side interest rates. However the pay off is being able to speak to people Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

The current account does everything you need it too...

The current account does everything you need it too the main issue is the complete lack of people available to see in branch. By the time you have commuted to the nearest branch (you will probably need your pasaport) you are usually met by someone trying to get you to use a machine after you have already quid for 5 minutes.
