Its a great bank that really brings fun to banking!

This was my first ever bank and due to the various times I've received stellar customer service and help from the staff and representatives of this great bank ive never been forced or even had the thought to ever change and would 100% recommend to everyone i know! Reviewed on: 4th April 2021

Honestly don’t have a bad word to say about metro - especially their young savers account which has an amazing interest rate compared to other banks. The customer service couldn’t be better and the in app banking is really easy to use. Reviewed on: 31st March 2021

Excellent customer service

Metro bank was recommended to me and I haven't looked back since. The whole team has been transparent and helpful at every turn. The terms are explained up front for each product so you really do know what you are getting. All the other banks could learn a thing or five about customer service from this bank!!
