Dont know arse from elbow

Total cowboys, but hey if you don’t need the bank to do anything other than just get wages paid in and withdraw. Anything else is above what they are capable of Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Poor training

The customer service team clearly do not communicate with each other, they don’t even know what phone number appears when they call you. They had me thinking I had been scammed when it turned out it was them that called me…… I will certainly be looking into banking else where, they really are cowboys here Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
