Wonderful service!

I've been with Metro Bank for nearly 5 years now. The staff are so helpful and great at explaining different accounts to me. As a 21 year old, living in London, I feel that there is a broad range of accounts I can open with them. I use their app every couple of days, and it's so easy to use! I've actually just come onto the website to potentially open a fixed term savings account since the current one I have is great, and I can manage it easily from my app. Love the in-person banks too, friendly staff and nice design. The bank that makes money aMazeing!

I have now banked with Metro Bank for over a year and the service in all sectors has been nothing short of AMAZEING (I have a friend who works for Metro so she taught me that). I love the look of the Store when walking in and the colleagues are so friendly with me in advising on how to handle my money. Other banks need to learn from these guys! Reviewed on: 5th March 2021
