Very friendly and professional staff and the fact there is a branch on the Highstreet. Also the fact you are a building society and owned by members and love charitable objectives. We like the Monmouthshire building society as they're on the Highstreet and service is always the best. We like the use of the passbook still. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2025
