Wouldn't honour their promise

Wouldn't honour a switch after it was their fault it wasn't processed in time. Zero communication. Went into branch several times with no progress. Lost me £200, lost them a switch. Reviewed on: 6th January 2023

Awesome staff at witham branch

So today I needed assistance as I’m disabled mentally and physically and I had some paperwork that was not bank related, I rang my local branch (witham) amd spoke to the manager Shirley Richards she invited me to come along and they would help, my son kindly gave me a lift and I was seen immediately by the server and Shirley I really cannot rate them enough this is the 2nd time in a few months that they have helped they witnessed my signature for me which helped massively with my paperwork and solved my issue, without Shirley amd her team I don’t know what I would have done! So many thanks for all your help I wouldn’t hesitate to contact you again. Reviewed on: 17th November 2022

Absolutely brilliant service

Called in Chester branch 27/10/2022 to deposit cash inside ATM had fault which was dealt with promptly by the manager..the cashier counted it manually,the manager was Lou and cashier Delwyn.amazing service.thank you. Reviewed on: 27th October 2022
