Awesome staff at witham branch

So today I needed assistance as I’m disabled mentally and physically and I had some paperwork that was not bank related, I rang my local branch (witham) amd spoke to the manager Shirley Richards she invited me to come along and they would help, my son kindly gave me a lift and I was seen immediately by the server and Shirley I really cannot rate them enough this is the 2nd time in a few months that they have helped they witnessed my signature for me which helped massively with my paperwork and solved my issue, without Shirley amd her team I don’t know what I would have done!
