TRAVEL INSURANCE WORLDWIDE

Made a claim under the Travel Insurance which is handled by UK Insurance as we had to cancel holiday a few days before departure due to health problems. Once we had supplied the requested documentation e.g.. claim form and Dr's letter, the cheque for the full cancellation of the holiday was issued within a week. No if ands or buts, the claim was dealt with very efficiently and in a caring manner. Both of us had existing medical conditions some included some excluded. Worth the monthly fee for the travel insurance alone. Well done Nationwide and UK Insurance. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2016

Breakdown cover

We broke down on our way home on 16/07/16 rang nationwide and they were extremely helpful giving advice and sent a tow truck out to us very quickly. Nationwide rang us 4 times during the hour it took to get us home . Thank tou nationwide flex plus. Reviewed on: 17th July 2016

Excellent Current Account Transfer

Moved my current account from First Direct to an interest paying current account with Nationwide. The whole process was completely pain free and all my Direct Debit, payments etc all switched over very swiftly and kept fully informed during the transition. Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

Great perks for low cost

I opened a flex plus account after a review in branch. I was impressed that with net cost of £5 a month I get my money secure in trustworthy place. I had to use both the mobile phone insurance and car breakdown. The service was very good. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Great value package account

I changed to this account in December using the switching service from my 30 year plus natwest account,which I was a little hesitant to do but took the plunge. They kept in regular contact transferred everything across and was completely hassle free. You can also get £100 each when recommending someone to the account which was paid in my second month. Fantastic insurace offer perks for a £10 monthly fee

Just signed up for this for my family, get a great 3% gross interest rate on up to £2500 and free family holiday insurance,free family phone insurance plus free car breakdown cover. Would not normally pay a £10 per month fee but the interest £75(for me) plus the value of the perks far out way the yearly £120 fee. A great idea and a great account. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Great extra's for the monthly cost

We've only had to claim on the phone insurance that comes with this account, but the process was so quick and easy. All done over the phone and the paper work arrived really quickly, phone was also fixed quickly. Very hassle free unlike some other phone insurance I've had Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

Great benefits to this account at a good price

The benefits you get with this account are worth far more than you pay. I don't even make use of the breakdown insurance and it's still worth it for me. I also think Nationwide online banking is the best I've used out of 4 banks. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
