Phone and travel cover

fantastic account

I have now utilised the phone and travel insurance as well as breakdown cover. Couldn’t ask for better service with any of it! Having the account offers total piece of mind without worrying about shopping around each year. Just fab! Reviewed on: 5th January 2019

Worth the switch

I’ve been a Nationwide Flex customer for 30 years and a flex plus for 2 + years. I’ve had cause to use their mobile phone insurance twice ad well as roadside recovery twice and both times they’ve answered the phone quickly, been professional and responsive. Suggested I have appt with financial manager to switch account & possibly a loan. Disgusted Apr 18.9% not 3-5% as advertised a existing customer and t top it off they couldn't switch our account! Waste of time believe us we're moving to a PROPER bank! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2018
