Have been with Nationwide for many years and they are just brilliant! Customer service is excellent. Helpful and efficient- so friendly! They make everything easy. Had a potential scam and they kept me informed and solved the issue - traced the money and then solved the problem. I had a new card within a few days. Excellent Reviewed on: 13th June 2025

Everything about this account is fab. It’s easy to use. It allows you to do so much simply and securely. Any questions are answered effectively and efficiently. Love the round up idea and multiple savings so my holiday saving is separate to others. Can’t fault it. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
