Best value mortgage on the market

5 year fixed rate mortgage gives peace of mind in the time of Brexit, Covid-19 and whatever comes next. Easy to make it lump same payments up to 10% of mortgage value every year and without penalty. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022

Poor

First Time buyers- flexaccount with Nationwide for over 15 years. Given a DIP for a fixed rate mortgage. Application declined two weeks later after DIP & no reason given? Surely a DIP shouldn't have been given if they then contradict themselves and then decline the full application?? Reviewed on: 9th February 2021

Reassurance with Nationwide

A reliable company with careful lending criteria which provides reassurance in your product (mortgage in my case) being right for you. They have a common sense approach which is very relatable in a sometimes confusing market in my opinion. Reviewed on: 12th July 2020
