Always always give high praise to nationwide for their mortgages and the application process. We were made to feel like a lost cause by Halifax because my partner had a £1000 credit card he had forgotten about, we were told nobody would touch us, we went to nationwide the next week and were accepted right there and then, the advisor wasn’t pushy, was very informative and kept in touch throughout. Fixed-rate mortgage with Nationwide

I have a fixed-rate mortgage with Nationwide and am very happy with it so far: the interest rate was competitive, the app works well, customer service has been great (in branch) when I needed it, and not least it’s a bank with some ethical values. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
