My dealings with Nationwide were very disappointing

My dealings with Nationwide were disappointing and they offered poor value with what I felt were rather uninterested bank (building society) representatives. Surprising given their recent statements about being 'different' etc. By contract easier to do business with the old banks like Natwest and HSBC or not doubt even 'Revolut' (!).
