Sainsbury personal loan

I recently got a Sainsburys personal loan and I wanted to immediately pay back a large chunk of it. Upon calling them their customer service was excellent and they promptly told me everything I had to do to make an over payment. They sent me full details of it in the post a few days later, as well as a new summary of what I would now be paying back. Really friendly helpful guy on the phone, would use again. Quick to get approved and full disclosure of the payments I would make as well as the interest I would be paying. Arrived very quickly in the post. Reviewed on: 20th June 2016
