Scheduled payment problem

wanted to open a new account

The Penzance branch said "we need to open a new account on line" and would not help in the branch. Being 76 years old personal assistance is easier. We are renting out our previous house we lived in, out and need a sperate "Joint " account to help us control the finances It would have been easier if the bank could assist with advise but personal service seems to have gone out of the window. Going round in circles trying to log in

Started a switch but started to regret it now. I am just going round and round in circles. The bot drives me crazy. Finally got hold of a person earlier today but had to cut conversation short due to visitors and now I can’t find out how to restart the conversation. It all revolves around my customer ID which they seem to think they gave me at signup but I have never received it. Driving me mad. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023
