Cora has gone downhill since new AI

I have been with Natwest for our company for 13 years. Cora was always amazing and if couldn't answer then you got a real person quickly. In more recent times it has changed - set questions what do not apply and then when you eventually get to be put through to a person noone responds and I waste ages. Reviewed on: 17th December 2024

Difficult to access

For two days I have been unable to contact Cora. It just says connecting but doesn't connect. Previous to this I had been pleased with it. What's going on? Reviewed on: 18th April 2023

Hopeless service

Tried for 2 hours to download a statement online. The system failed to recognise my saved password and told me I must register again and that I would get activation code by SMS. I tried using the app instead, not expecting to get a better outcome - and didn't. I decided to ring as I needed the statement tonight but was told your system "chose" to send activation by post and would take several days to get to me. That was no use so the next suggestion was to go into the branch to get a statement. However, the good news is that NatWest has modernised its system and customer care to such an extent that it is now possible to do everything by Royal Mail or visiting a branch in person. I wonder if such great service will ever catch on!!!! Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
