Hopeless service

Tried for 2 hours to download a statement online. The system failed to recognise my saved password and told me I must register again and that I would get activation code by SMS. I tried using the app instead, not expecting to get a better outcome - and didn't. I decided to ring as I needed the statement tonight but was told your system "chose" to send activation by post and would take several days to get to me.
