I have been a Natwest customer for almost 10 years and I cannot find a fault in them. Cora has been a brilliant service that I am able to access at any time, and has been able to help and support me with my questions. Cora is a very simple and easy way to use with online banking, and helps every time I have a question or query. Natwest are a brilliant bank to be with, and they are very loyal to their customers. Cora is very helpful and useful, when there isn’t an answer available you are transferred to a team member, very thorough with trying to answer the questions before transferring as well. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
