I recently got offered to change this account to the reward account, I get month;y cash back and still includes all the benefits and extras as the advantage gold did. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

They are great.

They are great. I have been with them for years as they have never put a foot wrong, so I have never wanted to leave, even though there are financial incentives to swap offered by other banks, I'm happy to stay. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

Branch and app service.

nobody want to be broken into on holiday,but when it happens you expect help from the big names like NATWEST you trust Start with the auto response Cara that not only doesnt understand most questions ,just brings you back to where you started Then NATWEST choose not to answer phone calls on a Tuesday and Thursday and state up to 30 days to respond !! this is a claims department Get more staff !
