a fantastic branch

I have been with Natwest for 4 years now and each and every time I have ever had a problem they are quick to solve it. I can get access to my account on a very easy basis and if I ever forget my card I can still get my money by texting myself a code and I then have 3 hours to use it. Its very easy to get appointments with the staff at Natwest and its also very easy to access there services and to open new accounts. So overall a fantastic branch to be with. Because I'm a disabled and vulnerable customer and can get mixed up, they helped me by helping me set up this app. Now I know exactly how much money goes in and how much goes out. It really helps me.
