Friendly Staff

They were patient and waiting for me to answer because of my stammer. I tried other banks myself, before Natwest, and they wouldn't wait long enough and hung up. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023

Pretty good

I have found NatWest to be pretty accommodating. They are flexible with overdrafts and offer things such as round ups. I was given £150 for signing up to their current account. I’d recommend them. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
