Dreadful interest rates

NatWest offers no incentive to save. I appreciate that base rates are not set by NatWest but the bank profits from the money stored by customers. They should be more fairly compensated, rather than hiding behind low interest rates as an excuse. Other banks are offering many tines more interest. The only positive is the iPhone app which is easy to use and gives plenty of information. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018

Good banking

Low interest rate

It was easy to set up an account with Natwest, however the interest rate was so low that I decided to move the bulk of my money to a different bank so that I could get a better return. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Easy to understand and use

Fantastic Service!

I have been with Natwest for many years now, and I have never had a problem with them. However I recently opened a cash ISA and I realised just how good their products and customer service were.
