Fantastic Service!

I have been with Natwest for many years now, and I have never had a problem with them. However I recently opened a cash ISA and I realised just how good their products and customer service were. Very helpful customer service

If you're going to get a credit card, I would definitely recommend American Express. They're prompt and efficient at reviewing your application and getting your card out to you, and the customer service throughout the entire process is really very good. Every person that I dealt with from the company were helpful, well-informed and friendly, and really did their best to meet my needs and to answer any queries I had. Highly recommended! Fantastic Service

The rewards account has offered my husband and I everything we would want from an everyday bank account. We get money back just for paying our household bills, and even get both of our phones insured and European travel insurance (we do pay a little extra for this service, but we still work out much better off). The customer service we have received from Natwest has been helpful and professional at all times, I completely recommend them. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2017
