Review of the NatWest, Student Account:

Overall a great service

I've had a great time with my Natwest student account. I enjoyed the perks of the 18-25 rail card, since it made traveling home much cheaper. I also had few issues during my time with Natwest. One issue I did have was that they got my graduation date wrong and switched my account details without telling me. This included changing the terms of my overdraft and my interest rates. The Natwest team supported me really well with changing it and the issue was sorted in a decent time frame. I would recommend this account for students, although the rail card is sadly no longer a perk. Reviewed on: 13th February 2016

Great one

It is easy to use. The interface is clean. There are no complicated operations. However, sometimes there is security protection to the extent that it takes time to make a successful payment. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

The one stop student account

Simply offering of the £2000, which is the usual median payment of student loan given every three months, in overdraft along with having absolutely no interest added on top shows the compassion, the bank has for us to use a which is why I would always use this bank and recommend to fellow people. It is an account solely for the user, not the bank. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Getting there
