I will never leave One Call.

5 stars all day everyday. I have a platinum policy and the team and a pleasure to speak to. I have recently done a change of vehicle, I called up and they said if I make the change on the portal, I save myself TEN POUNDS !! Best believe I went there straight away and made the change. I feel like One Call go the extra mile with a smile. I couldn't be happier and will recommend One Call to all my friends and family forever. I will never leave one call. One Call are virtually impossible to communicate with, chat has long waiting times just like when trying to ring them, which you can only do when questioning renewal which was over £100 dearer than competition. Reviewed on: 11th October 2023
