Good for competitive price

It was a good to find out cheaper car insurance with 0 NCB. I lost my 20+ NCB as I was a named driver on my son's car insurance policy for the past two years. The agents were very helpful and polite to deal with. Reviewed on: 6th October 2023

No help at all

Gave details of my claim. Then nothing. No telephone number to contact them, only on line. On line chat will only give details of email address. Still awaiting reply from emails. One everyday for nearly two weeks, still no response. Absolutely frustrating and the worst customer service I have ever come across. Reviewed on: 6th October 2023
