Generally I have had good experiences.

Generally I have had good experiences with PayPal. When I’ve had to contact their customer service team my query has been resolved quickly and efficiently. The app and website feels secure, it’s easy to navigate and use too. My only issue was the PayPal exchange rate was really poor compared to my bank’s, which is something I didn’t realise until after I’d paid. I ended up spending like an extra £60 because PayPal provided a bad exchange rate. Other than that, their service is really excellent and I use it for just about everything! PayPal has always helped when I had issues with sell...

PayPal has always helped when I had issues with sellers. Their flexible payment options are also very helpful. The fact that lots of retailers accept PayPal as an option means I can buy products from many different companies. They don’t bother me with meaningless offers or silly updates. Their crypto wallet and investments allow for some potential profit during market swings and to be used of as payment ad natural as paying with any other currency. Reviewed on: 10th June 2024
