Suspended my account for no reason just the day befo...

Suspended my account for no reason just the day before my wages went in so I had no access to them. Once the suspended ur account you cannot speak to anyone on live chat so you just get a gernetic email which they do not reply to. I sent all they asked for. 2 weeks gave past. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unprofessional and non- contactable

I have spoken to their customer service people in the past but, in these Covid times, their help lines are unmanned. My emails also go unanswered. Best to withdraw every penny before they ‘review’ (freeze and prevent access to) your account. I can’t even get them to close my account - but at least they can no longer charge me for an account that I can’t use. And if they finally contact me I shall go straight to the FSA. Money goes missing a lot and customer services is a joke and nobody has a clue how to help customers in an efficient manner

They have no customer support after 6pm, live chat is the best way to not get ignored but if it gets to 6pm they tell you a bunch of rubbish before ending the chat blaming an automatic shutdown of the system. Emailing them can take a month to get a reply if they bother too that is. Pockit have stolen my money nearly £40 my account shows it go in but then pockit reckon its been processing and can take 10 days but it doesn't, its normally there the next day. Trustpilot is flooded with fake 5star reviews on pockit its a extremely worrying Reviewed on: 5th December 2020

i won £5.000 on buzz bingo transferred it to my pocket account payment got declined thay said its been sent back 14 days after now still not sent my money back seems like my £5.000 just disappeared what can i do about this Reviewed on: 30th November 2020

These people will take your money then ignore your emails and phone calls. Withdraw all your money leaving nothing for them to take the monthly fee. See how quick they contact you then!! Play them at their own game. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2020

How to resolve pockit issues

I was locked out of my account september 21st under the words "your account suspended whilst being reviewed" well we all no that you can't contact them,this is how I resolved it. Make a complaint to the ombudsman & have everything that pockit have asked for plus the earliest email you sent to pockit &make your case to them,if your on sick give them the details or if your vulnerable/mental health make your statement strong &give what impact it is having on you.I was very very desperate until I rung the ombudsman it took about 10days from making the complaints everyone is different &they can only work with you tell them 8-10-2020 Reviewed on: 9th October 2020

Account been under review for over 4 months

Been asking for my money to be transferred to another account but they reply back with the same robotic message that I should be patient as they have a high volume of cases to review. I feel very strongly that they/ someone has taken my money else they would of just simply given me back my money a long time ago. Very disappointed in this company and don't trust them .
