opened card up nov 2020 - by jan 2021 pockit had (without any notification) locked, blocked and frozen me out of my account. in may 2021 was sent email saying my account was now closed and my money £4.5k returned to my bank account. today 27th june and still no money received. i have contacted the fos who are now looking into this - every 1* review i leave on trustpilot pockit are flagging and removing as they say i am not a customer. i am also in the process of awaiting a court date to sue them for breach of contract. they neither adhere to the fca's code of conduct nor even their own terms and condtions. they ignore every email, letter, phone call and judge court appointed summmons (as is in my case). everytime they flag one of my reviews up i send them the relevant information yet still they are ignoring me. since 24th may EVERY DAY i send an email and all i get back is an automated robotic response saying "we are very busy" and always addressed to MRS which is my title and NOT my name! i put down all my details and still they ignore me. if they spent half as much time replying to all of us ignored blocked out customers whom money pocket have yet ignore the very customers they say the high street are ignoring (gotta laugh at that bit of spin they use) and a bit less time on checking their feedback they would be worth 1p! terrible dealings with a very shady company that needs to be seriously investigated. anyone having the same problems as me as i know there are thousands of us as we have been so far interviewd for Which, BBC moneybox, Financial Times, Fintech etc (all can be found online) with all the companies stating how pockit are doing this and ruining peoples lives and mental wellbeing without a care to the damage they are and have caused. the fos are the only dept you can really complain to - resolver they ignored so after 6 months your case dies and the fca who licence them are just as useless but the fos has the power - do not use this company unless you can afford to lose every penny Reviewed on: 27th June 2021

I had to contact financial ombudsman and I'm going to the press now. This is not right that people have to go and ask for their own money. I would be ashamed to be called an owner of such company, let alone show your face around people they stole money from. Reviewed on: 24th June 2021

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!, MASSIVE FRAUD BEING COMMITTED, THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT AND USE YOUR MONEY TO FINANCE THEMSELVES, IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE STATE OF THEIR FINANCIAL DEBT LOOK ON COMPANY. CHECK. COM, THEY'VE EVEN STOPPED PAYING CASHBACK BECAUSE THEY CAN'T AFFORD TO, I HAVE INFORMED THE POLICE AND THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN, THEY HAVE MANY CCJS AGAINST THEM AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOW COMPLETELY UNOBTAINABLE PLEASE TRUST ME DO AVOID POCKIT AT ALL COSTS, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHERS THAT OFFER A SIMILAR SERVICE JUST DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Pockit have zero customer service so any issues they will NOT get fixed and ironically you will be left out of pockit. They closed their phone lines, they closed their online chat and they do not respond to ANY emails. The only way to get any response from them is to leave a 1 star review on Trustpilot and they will reply there to do some 'damage control'. If they weren't so concerned with attempting to take down bad reviews and instead actually replied to their customers' emails and resolved their issues then there might not actually be as many bad reviews. If you want to keep your sanity and money then I wouldn't touch this company with a 10ft pole. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2021

Radio 4 sat (22/05/21) at 12.04 moneybox live doing a talk about pockit. Get in touch with moneybox live see in they can air your views. My account been on review over 14weeks with no timeframe to resolve. What i want to know is where is my money? Who is earning interest on my money??? What you ghave to remember is a true bank would never have taken a deposit then freeze account a true bank would not have accepted deposit and told you to contact them. Always remember that. This “Bank” is a Pure SCAM, Don’t ever use it, don t put your money in the Scvmers’s Hands!!! They Restricted my Account without no Reasons, they asked for Documents but i am already Verified!! Now they doesn’t reply to the emails!!!! Reviewed on: 3rd May 2021

Go to Linkedin for example see how many unhappy customers they have with stolen funds Feburary 2021 Pockit said they would be reviewing my account , it is now the end of April 2021 and only generic emails in return and still this fraudulent bank has MY funds held illegally ,I am also NOT alone there are MANY people with the same issue , go to linkedin pockit page and see the threads , see the reviews of this company all the same , stolen funds and many including myself going through Financial Ombudsman to sort this fraud service out , avoid opening an account with them if I was you ! Pock it blocked my money now for nearly 6weeks. Go to RESOLVER.They escalate it to ombudsman. [email protected] automated. No response.they dont reply on social media. Says account under review.no timeframe. Read T pilot reviews.shocking bad. Use resolver they give a date when they escalate it on your behalf. They faking gud reviews because bad are outweighing them. Same names on auto emails are on reviews. Hopefully ombudsman will report them.what are you waiting for resolver gives hope Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

SHAMEFUL COMPANY. VIRRAJ jatania should be embarassed and possibly held to account. thousands of cutomers can't get access to their money. pockit limited frozen accounts even with customers getting benefits paid in by the uk goverment and as little as £40 on the card are being told "money laundering" - this company need to be investigated. the FCA regulate them but only want you to take them to the small claims court - i am doing this BUT pockit limited asked for a court appointed telephone mediator FIRST - i agreed and pockit limited did not answer the phone when called by the court so now my case is going before a judge. i am now getting messages from people who have had their accounts blocked and one woman has had a stroke because of the stress this company is putting her through - not everyone can afford the court fees so better would be if a journalist looks into this company and its dealings. 4 months late with accounts (companies house) and a self appointed CEO that is only down as one of several directors (they have a very large turnaround of "resigned" directors) and the secretary who doesn't even respond to special delivery letters! disgusting - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Reviewed on: 24th March 2021
