Useless cockroaches

I’ve emailed, called and tried love chat you still haven’t responded to me. I closed this account come to find out they didn’t close it or reopened it! Someone sent money to that account n the bank is trying to retrieve the money but you stupid dimwits won’t respond. I’ve even sent a bloody letter and u fools won’t even respond! I’ve even dm them on instagram! How the hell is your funky looking ass open ? Yall should be shut down by now! I really believe this company is using drug or trafficking money. People I know, online, instagram and reviews don’t rate you! Everything negative. So how u baboons still open ? Run me back my fucking money ! Reviewed on: 13th February 2021

Transaction

They always take minimum 4 hours to complete the transaction if you have sent money in to UK bank account. Now it has been more than 40 hours i have no idea where is my money gone? Recepient didnt recieve it yet and money has been deducted from pockit account. And no correspondence on my problem . Its like a joke now Reviewed on: 11th January 2021

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I opened an account in this company and I have given all the documents that they will ask me. I have deposited 249 pounds but they will immediately block my account and keep my money I work so hard to get my money and I get robbed by a shitty company. Reviewed on: 10th January 2021

Feeling bad

I have Pockit account for quiet a while. I wanted to transfer all my money from pockit to my other bank account. And its been more than bloody 12 hours i havent recieved the money , when its already gone from my pockit account. Bad experience Reviewed on: 10th January 2021

Unprofessional and non- contactable

I have spoken to their customer service people in the past but, in these Covid times, their help lines are unmanned. My emails also go unanswered. Best to withdraw every penny before they ‘review’ (freeze and prevent access to) your account. I can’t even get them to close my account - but at least they can no longer charge me for an account that I can’t use. And if they finally contact me I shall go straight to the FSA. Money goes missing a lot and customer services is a joke and nobody has a clue how to help customers in an efficient manner

They have no customer support after 6pm, live chat is the best way to not get ignored but if it gets to 6pm they tell you a bunch of rubbish before ending the chat blaming an automatic shutdown of the system. Emailing them can take a month to get a reply if they bother too that is. Pockit have stolen my money nearly £40 my account shows it go in but then pockit reckon its been processing and can take 10 days but it doesn't, its normally there the next day. kept my £5.000

i won £5.000 on buzz bingo transferred it to my pocket account payment got declined thay said its been sent back 14 days after now still not sent my money back seems like my £5.000 just disappeared what can i do about this Reviewed on: 30th November 2020

Crooks

These people will take your money then ignore your emails and phone calls. Withdraw all your money leaving nothing for them to take the monthly fee. See how quick they contact you then!! Play them at their own game. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2020
