How to resolve pockit issues

I was locked out of my account september 21st under the words "your account suspended whilst being reviewed" well we all no that you can't contact them,this is how I resolved it. Make a complaint to the ombudsman & have everything that pockit have asked for plus the earliest email you sent to pockit &make your case to them,if your on sick give them the details or if your vulnerable/mental health make your statement strong &give what impact it is having on you.I was very very desperate until I rung the ombudsman it took about 10days from making the complaints everyone is different &they can only work with you tell them 8-10-2020 Reviewed on: 9th October 2020

I have been locked out of my account for 2 months left messages and all I get is referred to their wirecard problem , I am a professional accountant and do not recommend. Can't speak to anybody what a joke !! Reviewed on: 1st October 2020

SERIOUS SCAMMERS

Took my money, blocked my account for over 6 months and still waiting. They dont reply or take you seriously. Please take my advice and keep away from them or learn the hard way. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Account been under review for over 4 months

Been asking for my money to be transferred to another account but they reply back with the same robotic message that I should be patient as they have a high volume of cases to review. I feel very strongly that they/ someone has taken my money else they would of just simply given me back my money a long time ago. Very disappointed in this company and don't trust them . Hi I had the same issue myself of Pockit closing my account for review on august 3 . The account had almost 4000 pounds , after they closing it for reviews they been in touch asking me for evidence of my deposit which I have provided , they took 2 weeks for the reviews ? But at the end they open my account and all the money was there , I think they are just short of staff . I was also worried because of all the reviews I saw . But at the end everything got sorted . Bad experience

I had a account with pocket and decided to close it but had some refunds to the account just after it closed around £30 I contacted them about this and they just were not interested Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Put my account under review 5 weeks ago, sent all the required documentation, not heard a thing back. No one EVER answers there phones, there social media team are of little help. Dont trust all these 5* reviews, just look on twitter and you will see how many other customers they have done this too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Its not all bad!

I use this card for work. I have had one issue and was able to talk to a real person who spoke English and was very helpful. When it was frozen recently due to the suspected fraud at the parent company I was kept informed and it was back up and running in a couple of days. Reviewed on: 7th July 2020

I ain't jumping ship

I have read some of these review's Pockit is part of wirecard U.K. it's wirecard solution's Germany that is a sister company that is has filed for bankruptcy. Pockit is a u.k. which office was in w1 before moving which employees local people. I have been with pocket for three years now I do empathise with people who reply on pockit but to be fare this will help long term for all customer's . When you call pockit you get to speak to staff in the uk not a call center in dehi if they say they will call you back they do. I had my account frozen as of my sending activity as I like to shop but after emailing them document's required my account was back to normal by the next day. Sure I was pissed but it was protecting my money in the long run. I was paid last Friday end of the month all my money right now other then credit cards is in pockit but I know but thrusday or Friday my account will be up and running and my money in my account and now it will be safer then ever. So any one who was paid last week hold out a few days as pockit is still a growing business and if u leave now down to something thats out of there control is a little unfair. So I look forward to see pockit up and running soon using a uk network. And I wish to thank all the team at pockit for smooth banking the last few years and many more to come .
