Meh

Not a great online bank I must say. Lots of outtages Lots of little annoying fees A monthly fee! And your an improvement on high street banks how exactly??? My advice to anyone thinking of using pockit is to keep the balance low. As just like Monzo they tend to freeze accounts for no reason. Reviewed on: 5th January 2020

Customer service shocking been a customer for years never had a minutes worth of bother then boom Email saying account is in review asked for all sorts of id and proof of stuff which ive sent still no access staff rude when you do get through and email replys are all the same saying I've got to wait for review completed wont tell me how long so now my direct debits arent getting paid Been on other forums and its happening to lots of customers looks like it might have to be small claims court to get my own money back Somethings not right with this company Heres a guide to hopefully help anyone in same situation that's been had by pockit Register with resolver.co.uk they put a complaint in with pocket and allow 20 days till you can get the deadlock letter you'll need for ombudsman its free. Register your complaint with the financial ombudsmen its free. Go to gov.uk money claims to put your claim in this will cost you£105 but it gets added to claim which you'll get back when you win Noticed a lot of recent good reviews on here for pockit wonder if its friends and family of the firm Reviewed on: 1st November 2019

My account has been suspended as I paid more than £250 into my account. I was saving for a holiday and have almost £2000 locked up. I supplied them with all the proof they requested and they have not unfrozen my account a month later. My holiday is over now and I am £2000 poorer. How can this be allowed?? Please people be a safe and go to your bank instead. Reviewed on: 30th October 2019
