Awful at all aspects of customer service

Used as felt they would be reliable, excellent at taking your money. When it comes to making a claim for a cancelled flight, obstacle after obstacle; no interest in listening to any reason, refused to offer any assistance or pay the claim. We purchased our Travel Insurance for a short weekend away in Spain. Unfortunately whilst there we were robbed. The PO were brilliant with most of our claim although they refused to cover a mobile phone that was stolen as they said that would be covered by the house insurance (which luckily it was) Reviewed on: 2nd March 2016
