I renewed an existing policy by phone and it went very smoothly. Their system wouldn’t let me do it online? Only criticism is why it is necessary to trawl through existing medical conditions, which have not changed, when they are already on file? Reviewed on: 13th August 2026

We used Able2Travel in January for our annual holiday and were absolutely delighted with the service. We are going on a short trip soon and have again used AbletoTravel. We will soon be making arrangements for our annual holidays and already decided that we shall be using AbletoTravel this.
