This insurance provides everything I was looking for to insure my pet. There are many other companies out there but Purely Pets stood out for me because it covers a wide range of elements, I was able to trust them and their customer service is excellent. Great for older cats

Have had no problem with making claims, although XS and % of vet fee to be paid still makes vet bills work out expensive. Wish I could claim on prescription diet. Customer service very helpful Reviewed on: 10th July 2019
