I use Revolut for international banking and travel.

I use Revolut for international banking and travel. The app is very easy to use and transfers are immediate. It has made my life so much easier, I can transfer money without being charged an arm and a leg and without delays. It has also enabled my friends and family to send me money to cover purchases etc. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

I like almost everything about Revolut.

I like almost everything about Revolut. The services are very flexible and the benefits are valuable. The only thing I would suggest improving is the customer service- it will be better I can actually talk to people over a call. This will make the app even more attractive and desriable because the text response is inadequate in clearing the queries from my point of view. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Very poor customer service and other services.

Hardly hear for response when you make an application for a service someone might be interested in. There’s no one available to chat with when you need quick and urgent assistance. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Revolut great for family and friends

I opened my Revolut account after a recommendation by my brother and partner. I use it frequently to purchase items, currency exchange on holidays and paying bills. I encouraged my mother who is in her early 80's and likes using it. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Simplicity of the app and refund service

I enjoy how it's easy to jumping between tools compare to other banking apps, and also i have some issues with some payments many times before, wnhe I ask to refund they refused to, I did it on revolut I get paid back the full amount every time. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
