T0 FX transaction and settlement mean same day delivery at fair rates. Far outperforms any bank. Multiple currency accounts mean it is easier to manage my non GBP fiat and crypto currencies. Covered by bank guarantees although I was a bit nervous when I had a larger amount as a result of an asset sale and Revolut blocked the account for KYC and AML reasons. It took a long time to get hold of my money and it was above the guarantee level so I was exposed to their credit risk . Some sort of pre clearance mechanism would be reassuring for clients as well as satisfying Revolut’s CDD and Source of Wealth requirements Reviewed on: 10th April 2024
