We are a very small registered charity.

We are a very small registered charity. We found it really difficult to find any institution that would take us on board. When we contacted Saffron they were extremely helpful and welcoming.. Our account was up and running within two weeks and everyone was polite and there to answer any query we had. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Support excellent.

Good experience

I was helped by a lady named Chi (hope I've got that right). She was very friendly and helped me through the process of transferring money and opening a new regular saver. There was some humour in our conversation which was very good to have, Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

Far distanced customer experience
