I was struggling to do my maturity instructions online so I telephoned for help. The phone was answered promptly and the gentleman dealt with my query efficiently and with a very friendly and helpful approach. All done for me within minutes. Reviewed on: 9th May 2024

The online experience is rubbish - every time I attempt to access my account l have a problem and fail to obtain access. I think l'll try again later as well as weeks afterwards and have the same issue despite checking my access details. It is extremely frustrating. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Good C service but cannot set up mobile app

Had to call 3 times as unable to successfully set up mobile app. People very helpful but unable to resolve the issue. I expected a call within 2 days but a week later nothing. Maybe I was meant to call. Also, need to inform customers that online banking does not work on Apple devices. Reviewed on: 29th April 2024
