Excellent meeting with Emily. Clear explanations and questions answered. Correct products advised and further meetings made for other services after. It is vital to get the correct savings. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2025

The savings are great, but the website is flawed.

The savings are great, but the website is flawed. There isn't enough information on what happens when accounts including regular savers reach matruity and when we can open the next ones. This means we open them on the maturity month but then are closed, some of us prefer to plan ahead. It would be better to only allow us to open the accounts available and have upfront notice once the pot is filled of our next options Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
