Great service and interest rates

I have been a customer for 10+ years and always found the staff helpful, and good interest rates for savings. Very good keeping members up to date with key information and enter competitions, one of which I secured theatre tickets!! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

A great discovery

I discovered tg Saffron Building Soviety by chance about ten years ago, whilst shopping. I was very impressed by the outstanding customer service given when I expressed an interest in a regular savings account with a high rate of interest and have never looked back. Savings products consistently have some of the best rates of interest in the market, the conditions are clear to understand. If rates need to be reduced this is clearly notified and often later than other places. Telephone calls are always dealt with promptly and by very knowledgeable staff, who are clearly spoken and can be understood. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
