Amazing and fantastic service

Lauren and her team were absolutely amazing from the minute I walked in the Colchester branch. Lauren took her time out to help and assist with all the queries and made sure I was undated at all points concerning the maturities and openings of my accounts. Getting to bank online and on app.

Great advice and service

My two year savings bond is due to mature on December 12 2024 and I was given excellent advice by staff at the Royston branch. I have now prepared for the majority of the funds to be transferred into a new one year bond with the interest paid into my bank account. Great service Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024
