I visited the Colchester office and as a new customer I am very impresse……..I have been looking for new building societies and it is important to me to speak to someone in person…….All staff are friendly and couldn’t be more patient in answering my many questions. Great customer service from Ian today to help assist with an enquiry of making a 3rd party payment from our ISA accounts to our ‘approved’ 3rd party bank accounts.
