Society procedures neec to be improved.

I was unable to transfer money from one of my accounts online despite the fact that I operate all my Saffron accounts online. On the telephone, a very helpful member of staff was able to transfer the money to my nominated account but I couldn't. “Clunky” procedures like that certainly detract for the Society’s appeal to me. Great customer service

I have recently opened a Members savings account. Communication is immediate and I have found opening the account relatively straightforward. I do not live near to Essex, so cannot visit a branch and rely on postal or telephone contact: I have always found this to be easy, and the advisors I have spoken to over the telephone to be readily available to help me and seek the best options to get the most out of my savings accounts.
